4th grade has smores

On Thursday, the 4th grade class made smores with their homemade solar ovens.  They have been studying energy in science class.

A few 5th graders have partnered with their teacher’s, Mrs. Hasten and Mrs. Lester, to make a weekly newscast for MG Elementary.  This is still in the early stages but they would like to eventually turn this into a club
